TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept Visa and Master Card, however due to bank charges additional processing fees have to be added.

50% deposit due 10 days after reservation.  Full payment due 90 days prior to departure date.  Rate includes accommodation, all meals, surfing local breaks, non motorized activities.

Airport Transfers are NOT included but can be arranged.

Matanivusi Surf Resort prefers couples.  The entire resort can be reserved for up to 12 adults.  Minimum 3 night stay required.

Cancellations received 45 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.  14 or 15 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee for every night cancelled.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

We highly recommend trip cancellation and interruption insurance as well as emergency medical evacuation insurance.
