KITE SURFING

Interested in 15-20 knot trade winds with a 1 kilometre wide protected lagoon?  Matanivusi is just the spot for you.  During our Tradewinds season (July-October) when the ESE Tradewinds blow strong we have the perfect kiting conditions.  If you’re interested in just cruising around in the calm lagoon or want to try your luck tackling some of the reef breaks, we have it all right here.  We have a white sandy beach making it an easy launch site.  We also have boats for your safety back up. At Matanivusi you never have to worry about a crowded beach of kitesurfers because our maximum capacity at the moment is 16 people and the majority of these are surfers while the rest are their partners relaxing by the pool.  This is the perfect spot for kiters and their partners because we have a great deal of activities besides just kiteboarding.  We have surfing, kayaking, SUP,eco-tours, river rafting, and in the afternoon when the winds are strong you can go kiteboarding.
